Storage Vision Co,. will deal with matters pertaining to customer personal information with strict confidentiality.

1. About the use of collected personal information:
　　In some cases, there might be a need to use customer’s name, address,
　　telephone number and other related information such as current business
　　status for any of the following purposes.
　　① Sales and related maintenance activities, such as delivery of goods,
　　　　sending of information regarding defective parts and etc.
　　② Direct mail or through mailing list to announce new product information
　　　　and sales campaign.
　　　　(Note: We don’t have any mailing list yet as of this moment)

2. Security management of personal information
　　Personal information of customers are strictly managed to prevent any
　　unauthorized usage.

3. Provision and disclosure of personal information
　　The collected personal information won’t be provided or disclosed to
　　any third party without consent by the customer, except on the
　　following instances.
　　① We subcontract the business with another company who has a
　　　　nondisclosure agreement regarding personal information with us and
　　　　will perform the tasks only for the agreed purpose of our customers.
　　② We must disclose the information as required by law.

4. Disclosure and correction of personal information
　　Storage Vision Co., Ltd. will respond accordingly to the requests of disclosure
　　and/or correction of personal information.
　　Other customer requests such as the exclusion of future mailing lists will
　　also be honored.
