Storage Vision was established in January 9, 2007 through the acquisition of the Mirror and
　　　SCSI-IDE Converter Card business from ADTX.

　ADTX was well known for its unique and reliable Mirror products in the Japan storage market
　　　since its inception in 1993.

　By February 12, 2007, Storage Vision moved into its new office near Tamachi station in
　　　Tokyo to cater to its clientele effectively.

　Storage Vision’s main thrust is to advance the Mirror-based storage business market through
　　　the development of new breakthrough Mirror products as well as the continuing support
　　　of current customers.
